Welcome to Unwind Sound Lounge. By accessing or using our website, booking a session, or engaging in any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Information
Unwind Sound Lounge provides technology-based vibroacoustic meditation services. These are designed to support emotional, energetic, and personal rest and growth. We are not a medical facility and do not provide diagnoses or treatment for any medical conditions. By accessing our services, you confirm that:

• You are physically and emotionally able to participate in vibroacoustic meditation.

• You do not have any health conditions that would make vibroacoustic meditation unsafe for you.

2. Services
Unwind Sound Lounge provides vibroacoustic meditation services, including in-person group and private sessions. These services are available in the Unwind Sound Lounge studio location only and may be subject to availability.

3. Session Registration and Payment
All participants must register for sessions via our website or authorized platforms. Payment for group or private sessions, or packages must be made in full before participation. Prices are subject to change, and discounts or promotions may be offered at our discretion.

4. Waiver and Liability
Participation in Unwind Sound Lounge services involves can involve risks. By booking a service, you agree to sign the waiver of liability as part of the registration process. You understand that your participation is voluntary and assume all risks associated with the activities.

5. Health Disclaimer
Vibroacoustic Meditation may result in nervous system alignment. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in suitable condition to participate. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. If you experience any discomfort, please stop the session and seek medical attention if needed.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
For cancellations made more than twelve (12) hours in advance, a session credit will be issued, or a refund may be requested in writing. Cancellations made less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for a refund or session credit. Clients may elect to reschedule the session in lieu of cancellation, subject to availability.

7. Session Limitations
Unwind Sound Lounge sessions are limited to a set number of participants (three) to ensure a personalized experience. Sessions are offered based on a booking system.

8. Behavior and Conduct
We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and peaceful atmosphere during sessions. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of others will not be tolerated.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Unwind Sound Lounge website, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, text, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Unwind Sound Lounge. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

10. Health and Safety
By participating in Unwind Sound Lounge services, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of engaging in vibroacoustic meditation. You agree to inform the instructor of any health conditions or concerns before the session begins. Please note, we cannot advise you on any concerns related to medical issues. We advise consulting with your licensed healthcare provider for any health-related inquiries and to assess whether vibroacoustic meditation is suitable for you.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Media Release
By participating in Unwind Sound Lounge services, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Unwind Sound Lounge the right to use these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the instructor before the session begins.

13. Modifications to Terms
Unwind Sound Lounge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the website, and the revised version will take effect immediately.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
